For defective or incorrect items, KRAKOBBQ covers the return shipping cost.
For returns due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong item, color/style preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
No additional handling fees are charged beyond the return shipping cost.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Returns caused by product defects or shipping errors are fully covered by KRAKOBBQ.
Returns for other reasons are the responsibility of the customer.
Using a trackable shipping method is strongly recommended to ensure safe delivery and timely refund processing.

Replacement items are shipped after the returned item is approved upon inspection.
Any price differences between the returned and replacement item will be adjusted.
We recommend confirming the availability of replacement items to avoid delays.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
No additional fees are charged for defective or damaged items.

Keep the shipping receipt or tracking number.
KRAKOBBQ is not responsible for items lost in transit when using non-trackable shipping methods.

10. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and any re-shipment fees.

11. Non-Returnable Items

They have been used or washed
Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
