Orders typically require 1–3 business days to process after payment is confirmed. During this period, we verify order details, prepare items for shipment, and arrange carrier pickup. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are usually processed the same business day. Orders submitted after 5:00 PM EST, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Destinations

At present, KRAKOBBQ ships to addresses within the continental United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses are not available unless stated during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 15–20 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier schedules, distance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Tracking details will be provided for monitoring shipment progress.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

Order Tracking

After your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email containing the carrier name and tracking number. This information allows you to check delivery updates directly through the carrier’s website. If tracking appears delayed or unavailable, please contact our support team for assistance.

Packaging and Handling

Products are packaged using appropriate protective materials to help minimize the risk of damage during transportation. Packaging is selected based on product dimensions and fragility to promote safe delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If an order is damaged upon arrival or appears lost in transit, please contact KRAKOBBQ as soon as possible. Provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our returns policy.

Address Changes and Delivery Instructions

Customers should ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. If an address change is needed after an order is submitted, contact us immediately. We will attempt to update shipment details before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped. Any delivery instructions should be added at checkout where supported.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned to us because they were refused, delivered to an incorrect address, or left unclaimed may incur return shipping and re-delivery fees. Contact customer service to explore available options.

Restricted Items and Prohibited Destinations

Some items may not be eligible for shipment to certain locations due to local regulations or carrier limitations. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, we will notify you promptly and provide alternatives where possible.
